Incomplete or invalid DMCA notices may be rejected or ignored.

3. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Removal Was a Mistake)

If you believe your removed content is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of courts in your region and to accept service of process from the complainant

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

HelpFru reserves the right to remove content and/or disable access for users who are repeat infringers under applicable law.
